Nothing on this platform — including signals, AI analysis (Alpha), portfolio suggestions, scores, ratings, alerts, news commentary, market commentary, technical indicators, charts, simulations, or backtests — constitutes investment advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, a recommendation of any particular investment, or an offer of investment-advisory services.
All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you. You are responsible for evaluating your own financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and tax position before placing any trade. We strongly encourage consulting a licensed financial advisor, broker, or tax professional before acting on any information presented on this platform.
No fiduciary relationship. Your use of TradeAiFi™ does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or trust relationship between you and TradeAiFi™ or its affiliates. We act solely as a software provider.
Risk acknowledgement. Trading stocks, options, ETFs, futures, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance — including any signal backtests, win-rate statistics, or simulation results shown on the platform — does NOT guarantee future results. You can lose more than your initial investment. Margin trading, options, and leveraged products magnify both gains and losses.
No registration claim. TradeAiFi™ is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state securities regulator as an investment adviser or broker-dealer.
All content, features, functionality, and technology on this platform — including software, algorithms, text, displays, images, code, and the overall design — are owned by TradeAiFi™ and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

No person, organization, or artificial intelligence system (including but not limited to OpenAI, OpenClaw, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or any other entity) may use any part of TradeAiFi™ — including its content, data, signals, strategies, algorithms, code, or user-generated outputs — for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise improving any AI or machine learning model. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the access is automated or manual.
TradeAiFi™ signal generation algorithms, multi-factor scoring systems, strategy implementations, and automated trading logic constitute trade secrets under applicable law. Unauthorized disclosure, use, or reproduction of these trade secrets is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
TradeAiFi™ reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies — including injunctive relief, monetary damages, and attorney's fees — against any individual, entity, or system that violates these terms. Violations may be reported to appropriate authorities and may result in immediate termination of access to the platform.
If you believe any content on this platform infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you discover unauthorized copies of TradeAiFi™ technology, please contact us immediately. We take IP theft seriously and will act swiftly.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeAiFi™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
TradeAiFi™ reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with TradeAiFi™ in asserting any available defenses. You will not settle any claim affecting the Indemnified Parties without the prior written consent of TradeAiFi™.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.
NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES — IMPLIED, INTENDED, OR GIVEN.
TradeAiFi™ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeAiFi™ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any signal, recommendation, or autopilot action will be profitable, accurate, complete, current, or reliable. Algorithmic signals can and do fail.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will TradeAiFi™, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, lost goodwill, or trading losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The aggregate liability of TradeAiFi™ for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you have paid TradeAiFi™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: ONLY REMITTANCE OF THE REMAINING UNUSED PORTION OF YOUR PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION IS RETURNABLE.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim, dispute, dissatisfaction, or termination — regardless of cause — is a pro-rated remittance of the remaining unused portion of any prepaid subscription fees for the then-current billing period. No other refund, credit, compensation, damages, or remedy of any kind is available, offered, or implied. Trading losses, lost profits, and lost opportunities are never refundable or recoverable under any circumstance.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of TradeAiFi™ will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class-action waiver. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial.
Note for users in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration or class-action waivers are unenforceable: this section applies to the extent allowed by your local law.
By providing your mobile number and opting in inside your account's Notifications settings, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from TradeAiFi™ relating to your trade alerts, position lifecycle events (entries, targets, stop-losses), two-factor authentication codes, and account-security notifications. This is an opt-in program; we will not send SMS without explicit, verified consent.
